The importance of worship

'What can I give back to God, for the blessings He's poured out on me?' Ps. 116

The Psalmist tells us that all creation worships God, and we want to join with all of Heaven in praising our Creator.

At Leamington, we try to make our worship first and foremost spiritual, whilst being meaningful, relevant, and a chance to experience Jesus. We want worshipers to go home feeling blessed, uplifted and knowing that Jesus has spoken to them.

Worship is a verb... it is not something that is done for us!

When we worship together before God, we are as one. Led by our worship band, everyone has a chance to join in with the worship. We have a wide range of music styles, ranging from contemporary praise to the best traditional hymns. All is done in a contemporary style that is worshipful and dignified.

We believe worship is not only about music: the keyword is participation. Our worship includes interactive prayer and testimony sessions in which we get to share the things that are in our heart.

Worship is a celebration of Jesus Christ and what He has done for us through his birth, death and resurrection. It is our opportunity to lift Him up in music, prayer and preaching.

Why not come along and share with us, the experience of worship?
